
Yea. These were supposed to have chocolate chips in them...apparently, the cookie monster or my husband ate those the Pinterest recipe was an initial fail.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
two smashed bananas
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon of salt
top formed cookies with:
12 pecan halves
You'll need a baking sheet lined with foil or non-stick spray. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl except the pecans. Shape into generous cookies the size of a Tablespoon and top each with a pecan halve. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool on pan.
