Over pumpkin already?  Although I love Starbucks, pumpkins now have an ego bigger than kale.

Here are low Calorie swaps for pumpkin flavored mega bombs.
Had my first pumpkin spice frappe yesterday. It was WONDERFUL.

Pumpkin Muffie clocks in with 290 Calories compared to their pumpkin muffin which has almost 600 Calories.

Dunkin' Donuts

Stay slim with a small pumpkin mocha iced coffee for a scant 110 Calories...it still pack 23 g sugar

In general, pick a few (2) donut holes over a pumpkin donut.  Always dodge the whipped topping, a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte as 300 Calories for a tall with whipped cream, ordering it with extra foam takes it down to 240 Calories and buys you extra Calcium and protein (yea, it still has sugar).
