To Hell With Hangovers: Almond Butter Protein Shake

Your body needs the nutrients the toilet took. 
Nothing is worse than a hangover.  It could be a life hangover, work hangover, the obvious hangover, or a sugar hangover (yea, so I'm eating dark chocolate chips right now, don't hate).  

1 cup of something: milk, almond milk, water, whatever, it's gotta blend.
1 TBS chia seeds
1 banana, chopped
1 TBS almond buter
1 scoop whey protein
5 ice cubes

To Do//

Drag your blender out.  The sound will only hurt your head for a minute.  Swear.  Always add milk or the liquid to your blender first then the rest of the ingredients and then cover.  Start on the lowest setting and work your way up
