Banish Fat Blueberry Cobbler & Abs Video
Blueberries may help with fat loss. They already fight aging, lameness, and give you awesomely blue colored teeth. They are also pretty high on the fiber and low on the BS.
for the bottom layer, spraya 9" pie pan or whatever you want to bake this thing in really good with non-stick spray:
Combine and pour into a baking dish:
2-3 pints of blueberries (I used a big frozen bag I thawed, you can substitute other fruit too)
2 TBS jam of choice or swap out 2 TBS agave or honey
2 TBS whole wheat flour
In another bowl combine:
3 TBS melted butter or coconut oil
1 smashed banana
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal (dry oats)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
dash of cinnamon
1-2 TBS lemon juice (optional)
Combine and dot on top of fruit, bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
Makes six massive servings of 230 fat fighting Calories, 4 g protein, and 6 g fiber.
Low on the glycemic index and is the equivalent of 1.5 servings of carbohydrates if you're diabetic, working on becoming a diabetic (hopefully not) or just want to look good at the pool this summer.
