I seriously hate salads this time of year. So when my CSA box had a lovely bunch of romaine lettuce, I ignored it like most of the 49-ers fans and Steeler nation did when Ray Lewis cried after the Superbowl (as you can probably gauge, he is my nemesis). Well sat there it did and I had to do something for it.
- 1 scoop of protein power (vanilla)
- 1/2 a banana
- 2/3 cup of vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup of chopped Romaine lettuce
- 1 TBS of almond butter
Give it a whirl, only 296 Calories, 20 g protein, 6 g fiber.
