Frozen Buckeye Pie

What You Need//
1 cup peanut butter
3 medium bananas
3 Tablespoons of almond (cow's, coconut, whatever) milk
1/4 cup of chopped dark chocolate (or dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup of whipped cream (can use Trader Joe's Whipped Topping or Redi Whip)

Line an 8" pie pan or cake pan with wax paper, spray with non-stick spray for insurance.  Process ingredients in a food processor (you can also mash and mix...aggressively) and freeze overnight.  

8 Servings.  260 Calories, 3.3 g fiber, 18.7 g Carbs, 3.3 g fiber.
