It's getting colder out.  It's also yoga pants season.  Everything can expand but you don't want to.

Prevent holiday weight gain with a few snappy tips.

  • Move your workout to the morning (or lunch hour) to offset skipping that 5 PM spinning class to go to a holiday party.
  • Get more sleep.
  • Make more meals at home.
  • Prioritize and get stuff done early to avoid last minute shopping or card buying.  Why not start in November?
