Core Power is pretty natural and utilizes whey protein (it’s also lactose-free), I drank the chocolate light which is only 150 Calories for 20 g protein. I believe they use a mostly casein (milk protein) to whey ratio. Casein is a slower acting protein so it will repair muscle tissues a lot longer post workout whereas whey is for immediate protein if you’re into lifting. Ideally, you want to consume no more than 20 g protein post workout (if you need it) or as a meal. The rest just turns to fat.

CorePower Protein Review
CorePower and I are becoming fast friends. I typically only post about stuff I've tried on my own with my own $$. I love this stuff. After an angry lift Wednesday morning. I hit the overpriced café for a quick protein shake before I got to work.
