fry fat with this salad

What you need:
1cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp vinegar
1 egg & 2 whites

To do:
Chop spinach.  In a microwave safe cup, nuke next 4 items.  Crumble eggs in a bowl, mash and stir dressing and fold in spinach.
