A Pretty Awesome Peanut Butter Post

Pretty Easy Protein & Peanut Butter Yogurt Parfait
For one serving:
½ cup 0% fat Greek Yogurt
1 TBS natural peanut butter
2 tsp agave (can substitute honey or maple syrup)

Mix, can double or triple, variations include adding different nut butters.  About 140 Calories, 13 g protein, 2 g fiber

Pretty Perfect Quick Granola (vegan too)
1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
1 TBS almond or peanut butter
1 TBS coconut oil
1 TBS agave syrup
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.   In a microwave safe bowl, combine first 3 ingredients and nuke for 45 seconds to 1 minute until melted, stir and add in oats to coat.  Topple oat mix onto a greased baking sheet and sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, bake for 12-15 minutes, shaking and stirring the pan after 8 minutes.  Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!

Serves almost 5, 1 serving is 140 Calories 3 g protein, 3 g fiber for 1/3 cup portion.
