Boost Your Metabolism (Post-Nacho Superbowl Party)



I have to admit, I liked 90% of this from Beast Sports Nutrition's Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/beastsports).  I would switch the soy milk to either coconut milk or organic low-fat diary and the curry to tumeric.  I have an early morning date with a Jillian Michaels' DVD.
