Fit Fries Recipe

Oven fries are great with a veggie sub from Subway.

Things to remember are:

  1. Cut them thin.
  2. Toss each potato (once cut) in 2 tsp to 1 TBS of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Crank up the oven to 450.
  4. spread evenly on a baking sheet and give a shake around 8-10 minutes, it might take a total of 15-20 minutes per pan.

If you eat an entire medium potato, with 1 TBS oil...you're only setting yourself back 250-300 Calories.
