Oven fries are great with a veggie sub from Subway.
Things to remember are:
- Cut them thin.
- Toss each potato (once cut) in 2 tsp to 1 TBS of olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Crank up the oven to 450.
- spread evenly on a baking sheet and give a shake around 8-10 minutes, it might take a total of 15-20 minutes per pan.
If you eat an entire medium potato, with 1 TBS oil...you're only setting yourself back 250-300 Calories.
