Fast Breakfast.

I'm getting ready for work as I shoot out this quick post.  But I highly recommend Fit Foodie Find's breakfast muffin in a cup you can check out here.  It's basically oats, banana, egg white and probably ~140-150 Calories.  Doesn't need sugar but if you're diabetic you might want to add cinnamon for it's blood sugar stabilizing fabulous-ness.
