Angry Autumn Apples

I had the terrible moral dilemma of "do I buy a peck or 1/2 peck of apples?" on Saturday. I'm not quite sure why I added the angry part to the title of this post but I'm quite agitated Pittsburgh just blew a lead and lost to the lowly Oakland Raiders.  Anyway, now that I am the proud parent of 15 softball sized apples.  Now, to figure out what to do with them besides throw at unsuspecting Columbus folk (well, just the socially inadequate ones that don't say 'hello' as you pass them on the sidewalk).

• Roasted Apple Spice Sheet Cake (not low Calorie but for the ambitious few)
