The Finest Marinade.
I've started picking up a tall Americano at Starbucks with a copy of The Wall Street Journal: Weekend Edition on Saturday mornings and enjoy it as a routine. I found this article with the whiskey salmon marinade that I've decided works for just about anything. Here's the link. The best part is that if you hate salmon, there is no 'fishy' taste affiliated. Go easy on the wallet and buy the wild salmon frozen at Target, it'll run $10 but is cheaper than spending more than $18 per pound at the grocery store. Thaw, marinade 1-2 days, broil for 15 minutes and enjoy.
