Had a bad week at work? Fought with your roommate over who was supposed to pick up toilet paper? maybe you were supposed to scrub Time to fill the house (or college apartment) with smells of mom's or grandma's house (OK maybe you had a nana, bubba,ya ya, or nonni).
I took this recipe from The Clean Eating Mama. To it, I added 1 cup of high fiber cereal like Fiber One, 2/3 cup of oatmeal, and 1/2 cup of granola. The fiber and protein will keep you full, the lack of animal products will be good for your heart (in more than one way). I baked mine at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
