Skinny Holidays!

Fatty Holidays everyone!  Oh, I meant Happy Holidays!  I feel like I'm 3 chips away from the next season of Biggest Loser or Celebrity Rehab...except I'm not famous, yet.

But it's the holidays and you don't want to spend January detoxing.

The following things are consumed during the holidays:

  • Cookies
  • Glorious deep fried things
  • Booze
  • Booze with coffee
  • Butter filled things
  • Stress induced eating to help one cope with seeing one's family
  • Various appetizers, dips, and a partridge in a pear tree (terrible pun)
