Happy Homecoming Flashes! If you're an aging alumna such as myself, this is my favorite part of October.
The last five years I've been out so much has changed to campus and my beloved rec center. Kent's Rec is so awesome, when I advanced my degree at the University of Maryland College Park, their rec was pretty pathetic in comparison.
I just completed the 11th Annual Bowman Cup 5k Race this morning. Eh, paltry 27 minutes, I'll take it though, now the free massages after the event? Epic.
Anyway, on my way out of the hotel, HLN featured the 5 jobs that are saving the world and featured "dietitions" as number 3. I'm glad to have some recognition but please spell my profession properly.
It's also Sweetest Day AND my 3 year anniversary of passing the registration examination for dietitians...in 30 minutes.
What can I say, I like speed.
