Love Yourself.

“You must love yourself before you love another. By accepting yourself and fully being what you are, your simple presence can make others happy.”

A lot of the time people get so wrapped up into changing themselves they forget to reward themselves for the progress they've made.  From a young age we idolize celebrities, athletes, and our parents.
These people will let us down.  We let ourselves down.
We will rise, fail, on the path of life that has utterly been meant to have curves.  Everything happens for the sake of our own personal development.  What we do with that person is who we are to become.

This can easily stem from what we eat, what we do, or where we go.   Do you respect yourself to drive past McDonald's?  Do you allow stress to consume you life?

Change or find a way to cope that's healthy.  A bottle of red might make you forget a rude colleague but the next day's hangover doesn't up your productivity.  Fries are great but they don't make you proud when your skinny jeans are not so much.

I decided to get into the mindset of other bloggers who don't fit the Jillian Michaels mold and love themselves as they are.

Maybe if we lost the flubby attitude about others' perceptions, the drama would go with it?
