"You can't milk an almond!"

It's time to address the new kid in the dairy aisle of the supermarket.  May the vegans, lactose-intolerant, and just curious toast to almond milk.

The Wall Street Journal (my favorite newspaper along with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette) published an article with a price comparison.  From personal experience, I've had almond milk, it's tasty.  I buy rBST free cow's milk basically because studies show that whey protein keeps you fuller (cow's milk has the most protein of commercial dairy beverages), helps fight fat, and is still a good source of Calcium and Vitamin D.  On the other hand almond milk is high in Vitamin E which is known for keeping skin young.  So it's a great twist on your morning cereal routine.
