Kashi PB Crunch
1 cup each of Kashi GoLean and Almond Crunch
3 cups Kashi cinnamon Heart to Heart cereal
2/3 cup natural peanutbutter
2 TBS butter and honey
dash of olive oil
In a large bowl, combine cereals and set aside. In a sauce pan over low heat, add the olive
oil, butter, honey, and peanutbutter until melted and combined, stirring occasionally. Add
mixture to cereal and stir until coated. Place cereal in a 9x13" pan in the refrigerator
until cooled or overnight. Break cereal up into pieces and serve.
Makes 10-1/2 cup servings.
