I've been really thinking of different strategies that we use to stay motivation in developing a new behavior. Studies show that we can develop new behaviors on average 21 days or upwards of 65 or more, if we don't quit and restart on multiple occasions. Yes, I am still losing the last 10 lbs which I have been saying for the last 2 years.
I really love fitness apps despite not owning a smart phone. I find great sanity in less time I spend on the computer which is my excuse for not posting much over the past couple of weeks. Well, I also moved and didn't have the internet (or hot water) for a bit so that might be more of the reason.
