We're playing South Carolina and I'm hoping for another win for my Golden Flashes. Outside of that, I had a terrible 8 miles that took entirely too long and I basically gave up because it was getting dark.
Fit Sugar had a great article on cooling down after a run that I successfully manage to neglect.
