Almost Vegan Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Nutella

Almost Vegan Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Nutella Frosting
Makes 14.  175 Calories,  3.2 g protein, 1 g fiber

Dry:
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Wet:
1/2 cup Smucker's No Stir- natural peanut butter
1 cup Water
1 TBS Vanilla

Frosting
Jar of Nutella

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line cupcake pan with paper liners.
Combine dry ingredients in bowl.  In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients.  Mix wet into dry ingredients.  Fill each cupcake 1/2 full.  Bake for 15 minutes and while still warm, top with 1 tsp of Nutella, after all cupcakes have a tsp. on top, the heat will make it easier to spread.
