Fiber-rific Double Berry Cake

Double Berry Cake

1 box Fiber One Blueberry Muffin Mix
1 Container SF Whipped Topping
1 package SF vanilla pudding
1 package sugar free strawberry jello

Make muffin mix according to directions and bake in a 9x12 inch pan for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Make jello according to package directions and stab cake with holes. Pour liquid jello
mixture over cake and set in refrigerator overnight. Make pudding and allow to thicken,
spread over cake/jello mixture. Allow whipped topping to thaw and spread on top of cake
before serving.

Serves 12-16.
per serving 160-200 calories, 20 g CHO, 2 g fat, 3-5 g fiber.
